Tony McMurray, founder and president of DreamMaker Kids, was the former vice president of Interland, Inc., now Web.com.  He joined Interland in 1999 and helped to take the company public in 2001.  Formerly serving on the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, where He headed up the Task Force for Economic prosperity. The committee was made up of business owners such as Herman Russell (HJ Russell), Ronda Brown, (Browns Office Supply) Kent Matlock (Matlock and Associates) and many other notable community members.  Tony McMurray also founded Inntertec Web Services, a web site design firm, where he was a major web solutions provider for many corporate clients.

Mr. McMurray studied business administration at the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee where he majored in Business Administration and holds several certifications in Risk Reduction and Couseling. Mr. McMurray was honored for his work with DreamMaker Kids by at Snapfinger Elementary, Peeks Chapel, Columbia Middle School, Knollwood Elementary and Flat Shoals Elementary. He is a former president of Stone Mountain Middle School PTSA.and currently services on servel boards, including Greater Works Atlanta, Language Fun, Career Choice International and Boys to Men, Inc.

Dan Wilmoth, secretary and vice president of franchises, is the sole owner and president of United Color Lab, Inc.  He is also chief manager with Lil’ Angels Photography, LLC, chairmen of the board for Lil’ Pals Pet Photography, Inc, and is owner of Coast to Coast Studios. He is a member of Broadway Baptist Church, an active supporter of mission work in Africa, India and Nepal and serves on the Young Life committee in DeSoto County.  Mr. Wilmoth holds a B.B.A. from Baylor University.

Marcie Draper, vice president of operations, .   She previously taught students with learning disabilities and was regional director in west Tennessee for Helicon, Inc., providing educational services for a day treatment program and children’s emergency shelters for those suffering from neglect and abuse.  Mrs. Draper holds a B.S. in Education, serves on the Young Life committee in DeSoto County, and attends Cornerstone Church.

Sulonda Smith, is a family counselor, educator, writer and facilitator.  Sulonda Smith has dedicated 15 years to working with youth and adults in both academic and clinical settings. She has written articles and manuals on human development, emotional identification and spiritual evolution. She holds a Master’s Degree in Marriage, Family & Child Counseling with Behavior Development, a M.S. in Indigenous Science, M.L.A. She is also an adjunct professor for Wisdom University in Oakland, California.

Asa R. Williams, is a Civil Engineer and Regional Environmentalist with the United States Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration (EDA).   Asa serves as project manager for construction investments in the states of Florida and Mississippi, ensuring awards are in compliance with Federal award conditions, regulations and guidelines.  In addition, he is the Environmental Officer for the southeastern region of the U.S.  He is responsible for reviewing all requests for federal assistance to ensure all investments are in compliance with the National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA).  In 2005, Asa was awarded the Silver Medal for Leadership, for his work with hurricane recovery efforts in Florida. He holds a B. S. in Engineering from the University of Florida.  Asa served as an Engineer with the City of Gainesville, Florida and later as a Civil Engineer with the United States Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District.  A native of Jacksonville, Florida, Asa Wiliams is a graduate of Duval County public school system.  He attended the United States Air Force Academy.   He is an active member of the Society of Military Engineers and the American Society of Civil Engineers.  Asa has been recognized for his endless unwvering support and community service for the greater good volunteering. Some of his volunteer efforts include, mentoring and tutoring young adults and students in mathematics and life skills, mentoring for the Exploring Engineer Academy and volunteering at the Georgia Aquarium where he has given over 100 hours of service. He established a Fun Time Award scholarship designed to encourage and motivate college students and has also personally raised over $10,000 for the United Negro College Fund and AIDS Walk Atlanta.

Dr. Timothy S. Knowles likes to be known as a "Students First" higher education administrator who began his professional career in 1968 at his alma mater, San Jose State University, as the first Director of the Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) for Black Students. As a seasoned educator and senior college administrator, he has served in leadership positions at four-year universities; two-year technical colleges; a private black medical school; private and public HBCU institutions; and was one of thirty-two individuals selected nationally to be an American Council on Education (ACE) Fellow during the 1984-1985 academic year. He served for a full year under the tutelage of Dr. Wilbert Greenfield, President of Virginia State University, and studying presidential leadership.

During his forty-year career since leaving San Jose State, Dr. Knowles has served as the Director of the Educational Opportunity Program at the University of California-Irvine; Assistant to the Provost/Minority Recruitment at Earlham College; Financial Aid Counselor at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst; Head Resident for Mount Holyoke College; Director of Academic Services, Minority Student Program at UMass-Amherst; Assistant Professor/Director of Afro-American Studies at Indiana State University; Assistant Vice Chancellor for Academic Support Services/Associate Professor of Education at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater; Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs at Denmark Technical College; Vice President of Student Development with Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC); Campus Dean, North Campus of MATC; Vice President for Student and Campus Support for Meharry Medical College; Vice Provost for Minority Affairs at Ohio State University; Vice President for Enrollment Management/Student Services at Central State University; Executive Vice President at Paine College; Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Affairs at Albany State University; and Lead Counselor at the Turner Job Corp Center in Albany, Georgia.

In the past, Dr. Knowles has served as an educational consultant, program evaluator, and has been appointed to many boards as well as held membership in national, regional, state, and local professional organizations. A list of select activities include: Reader for the U.S. Department of Education for TRIO Programs; Founding Member of 100 Black Men of Milwaukee, Captain for the American Heart Association, Chairperson for Friends of Scouting Campaign, Member of National Council for Black Studies, Mequon-Thiensville Chamber of Commerce-Executive Committee, Lifetime Member of Nashville Chapter-NAACP, and Board Member of the South Carolina Technical Education Association.

Lastly, Dr.Knowles earned his undergraduate degree and first Master's degree from San Jose State University in Secondary Education and Student Services respectively. A second Master's and Doctorate of Education, both in Higher Education Administration, were awarded to him by the School of Education, University of Massachusetts - Amherst. His dissertation theme was: The Development of an Administrative Handbook for EOP Program Directors - a Systems Approach for Program Management.
